Compliance with AMF regulation

Mérieux Equity Partners is a management company dedicated to Venture Capital and Growth / Buyout equity investments that has been registered with the AMF (Autorité des Marchés Financiers / French Financial Markets Authority) under Number GP-18000009 since 5th June 2018 and is a member of France Invest (French Association of Investors for Growth) as well as the European Healthcare Private Equity Association.

This implies a number of measures, including:

• Our investment vehicles are declared to the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
• Our procedures are reviewed on a regular basis and updated in order to comply with all the regulatory changes that concern us.
• Our investment committees are completely independent in their decision making process.
• All the employees involved in the investment process have passed the AMF certification.
