Benoit joined Mérieux Equity Partners (Buyout team) as Managing Partner in January 2019.
Previously, Benoit was part of the Gimv Health & Care team, as Partner in charge of the French growth capital investment activities from 2016 to 2018. In this role, he led multiple majority deals such as Stiplastics Group and France Thermes and Almaviva.
Prior to Gimv, Benoit oversaw M&A and Investor Relations at Medipole Partenaires Group (now Elsan) and part of the Executive Committee of the group.
Prior to joining Medipole Partenaires, Benoit worked at PwC as auditor, then joined Rexel group, where he held several responsibilities both in France and abroad, including Chief Financial Officer of Southern Europe.
Benoit graduated from ESCEM and IMD Lausanne. He is a former auditor of IHEDN (66th SN) and a reservist in the French Navy (Lieutenant Commander).
