Karina joined Institut Mérieux in 2019 and Mérieux Equity Partners in January 2021. 

Previously she held the position of Administrative & Legal Director in the construction logistics sector and worked at the Commercial Court of Lyon for eight years.

Karina holds an equivalent to a Master degree in Law and Procedures.
