Merieux Equity Partners and LABORATOIRES INELDEA announce the sale of their stake in a sponsorless transaction

The Mérieux Participations 2 fund (“MP2”) has completed the sale of its minority stake in Laboratoires INELDEA. This exit results in a multiple of nearly 2.9x and an IRR of approximately 40%.
